Aevlor's technology
Aevlor uses the latest patented pyrolysis technology. It has several innovations that result in a highly efficient process able to convert a wide range of contaminated non-recyclable plastic into usable products.
Aevlor’s process is so energy efficient it only requires a minimal amount of energy to enable the reactions that convert the waste plastic.
The process is also Net Zero enabled due to a unique patented heat management system.
Demo plants
The demo and pilot plants built in Palmi, Italy allowed the technology to be researched, developed and tested over a number of years to ensure the end products meet the required international specifications.
