Richard is a subject matter expert in the transformation of renewable and circular economy projects, specializing in energy from waste and the recycling of base oils. 

He is a fellow of ACCA and holds an MBA with distinction from Australia’s leading business school.

Alessandro held global roles in the bioenergy and renewable energy sector. Responsible for the origination, execution, design and engineering of solar, wind, and bioenergy technologies. 

He holds a Master in Structural Engineering and an MBA from INSEAD.

Emanuele is a serial co-founder of green-tech businesses.  An attorney and advisor to the EU Commission on Green Policies and Labour Law. 

He holds a Masters in Civil Law and a Master in Business Law from Harvard Law School.

Chairman of S.R.S. (Servizi di Ricerche e Sviluppo), a leading engineering company in the design and scaling of industrial technology.

From 1973 R&D Director for technological projects in conventional-energy, nuclear energy, steel production, desalination and chemical plants for the University “Sapienza” of Rome and for S.R.S. Group. Full-professor at the faculty of Engineering, University of Rome (from 1987 to 2016) and Director of the Nuclear Engineering and Energy Conversion Department in the same University, (from 2001 to 2007).

Member of the Technical Scientific Committee of Euratom, as for the Euratom foundation treaty (1957). Director of the United Nations Center “UNITAR/UNDP Centre on Small Energy Resources” between 1987 and 1991.

Managing Director of S.R.S. (Servizi di Ricerche e Sviluppo), a leading engineering company in the design and scaling of industrial technology.

Project Manager of a great number of Research and Development technological projects in the sector of nuclear energy, including GEN IV lead cooled nuclear reactors, nuclear decommissioning and nuclear waste conditioning, management and storage.

Responsible for the design and construction of several nuclear experimental facilities in Italy and China.

Responsible for the design and construction of the thermal pyrolysis pilot project for Proil Engineering.

R&D director for waste recycling sector with S.R.S. Engineering since 2011.

Head of the engineering of the company Green Energy Technology engaged in the supply of turnkey plants for the production of electric and thermal energy from biomass from 2008 to 2011.

Managing director of the Polish company SYNEL engaged in the project FUELFROMPLASTIC: Equipment for manufacturing liquid fuels from waste plastics from 2006 to 2007.

Managing director of the company GIOIA IMPIANTI Srl and PLANITEC Srl, specialized in the production of turnkey systems for bulk solids handling from 2000 to 2007.

Head of softcomputing within the Danieli Research Center, engaged in the development of Artificial Intelligence techniques application in the steel plants automation from 1996 to 2000.
